SIGs are groups of ICT professionals and others who share an interest in a particular technology area, and who wish to develop their skills and expand their expertise in these areas.

The SIGs being launched are:

SIG Soft - for software developers
SIG Web - for those who develop, manage and maintain website content
SIG Netcomm - for those who design, manage and implement networks
SIG Secure - for those with the responsibility to protect digital assets and infrastructure

Other SIGs will be launched later this year.

As part of a SIG, members will be required to actively participate in the activities of the SIG, and contribute towards the SIG achieving its objectives. It is only through active participation that the member will benefit from the knowledge transfer that will take place.

For additional information on the SIGs and their operations please review the SIG framework of your choice from the main menu
